Healthy Homes for Skye & Lochalsh

Help gather information on the number of homes in Skye & Lochalsh that are damp, draughty and costly to keep warm.

In Skye, Raasay and Lochalsh the climate is windy and wet. The area has some of the highest fuel poverty and energy costs in Scotland. Many of the homes are poorly insulated, suffer from damp and are costly to keep warm. This affects residents health and finances.

Skye, Raasay and Lochalsh residents are invited to participate in the Healthy Homes household survey. The more people who participate, the better the information gathered about the problems people are facing, and the stronger the case for funding, training and investment to develop local solutions.
