How we collect personal data

Your personal information and right to privacy is important to us. We may collect some of your personal details (such as your name and contact details) if you subscribe to our email bulletins or newsletters, register with us, upload messages to our news and events pages, or you otherwise make contact with us.

What we do with personal data

We use your contact details to send you the information you have opted to receive from us (for example if you have subscribed to our newsletter).

We may share personal data with our partners for the purpose of providing services to you or responding to your queries.

We may also disclose your information as part of any transfer of our business or if required to do so by law.

We will never sell, rent or otherwise to disclose your personal information to others.

What we do about recording events

When capturing media at events (photography, filming or audio recording), we seek consent from those who may feature.  The consent requested applies for an indefinite period. We use the media for approximately five years and then store it securely in our media archive for possible future use.
